David M. Fiedler is retired lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Signal Corps who served in Vietnam 1969-70. He graduated from the Pennsylvania Military College in 1968. Fiedler was employed for 37 years as senior Department of the Army civilian engineer and technical manager. He was also a Reserve officer in the New Jersey Army National Guard, serving in positions including battalion signal officer, assistant division signal officer and chief of the communications division, New Jersey State Area Command.
