Stephen Mopope, the oldest and most prolific of the Kiowa Five, created the mural Two Eagle Dancers for their local Anadarko, Okla., Post Office. Mopope was also an accomplished “fancy dancer” and flutist, motifs that appear in his work. ((Anadarko, Okla., Post Office))
