Constantinople. The 4th Crusade’s goal was to recapture Jerusalem. However the Crusade leaders got involved in Byzantine politics and the Great Schism between the Easter Orthodox and Roman Churches and ended up sacking the Byzantine capital instead of taking Jerusalem.
