The Battle of the Nations. It was called this because most major nations of Europe were involved. Fought by the armies of Russia, Prussia, Austria and Sweden against the Napoleon’s French army which also contained Polish, Italian and German troops, over 600,000 men were involved. Napoleon was decisively defeated.
