    Kim Jong-il…With that crazy maniac from Iran (cannot, for the life of me, remember his name..or pronounce it) running just about neck-&-neck with him. Both would do the world a huge service by suddenly dying of terminal syphillis.

    Obviously, any president of USA. He's got biggest military power on hands and is allowed to use it.

    @VNDSVET:

    Truly, the top most dangerous leaders are:
    Israel's Netanyahu (no one seems to want to touch this one despite the evidence that he was involved in smuggling nuclear devices, he was involved in the assassination of Rabin).. also on this list, Iran's Ahmadinejad, North Korea's Kim Jong-un, or Syria's Bashar-al Assad or… or … they are all uncompromising haters, controlled by their religious ideologies, and war mongers and the world needs to get rid of them all!
