(Img: National Archives) Landscape in the Don region , Ostwarts Kursk .Panzer, of Panzerkampfwagen, were a series of armored combat vehicles designed and produced by Germany during World War II. Although Panzer technically describes tanks in general, the term usually refers to the Panzer series that was used on all fronts during the war.
