Charlie Chaplin. Because of this, Charlie Chaplin, Jr. tried to sue Walk of Fame overseers the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and the City of Los Angeles for $400,000. His suit was thrown out of court. In addition to Woodward, Borden, and Lancaster; the first group of eight included Ronald Colman, Louise Fazenda, Preston Foster, Edward Sedgwick, and Ernest Torrence.
