Christmas Seals. Inspired by a man in Denmark who sold decorative stamps to fight tuberculosis, Bissell designed the first seals and sold them at the post office for a penny each. Originally sold to prevent a Delaware TB sanitorium from closing, the seals now raise funds for the American Lung Association.
