World War II veteran George Chrisman, 88, describes pulling a bullet out of his wrist with his teeth during the Battle of Okinawa in April 1945. The Battle of Okinawa lasted 82 days, claiming the lives of more than 12,000 Americans and approximately 100,000 Japanese soldiers and conscripts.
