		<description>Your comments on Ambassador Martin are spot on.  I worked for that guy as a Marine Guard in Saigon from Jan 1974 until April 30, 1975 and he delayed and blocked every prep for the evacuation that he found out about.  People finally either worked with the military out of the DAO compound or went behind his back to get the early ones out.  He didn&#039;t start the employees and non-esential American&#039;s evacuation until April 21st, 8 days before the Helicopter evacuation and the military set that up.</description>
