He served the full tour of duty on the USS Constellation and as discharged and paid off Jany 27, 1865. He was born in Harwich, Barnstable, MA into a seafaring family. Charles E. Handren, (Great-Grandson of Moses Edwin Handren) Interested in communicating with other descendents...especially Arden Spooner.
