What a wasted effort . Very sad because it had such potential and is certainly worth watching for a lot of reasons but is not a good picture unfortunately . High Road to China , The Blue Max , Those Magnificent Men in their Flying Machines , The Spirit of St. Louis , 30 Seconds over Tokyo , The Great Waldo Pepper , The Battle of Britian , The Right Stuff , Air America , Not in the list but they deserve respectful mention ... I don't know if they portrayed the real crew exactly, as I haven't seen the documentary, but the acting, the scenes, the story... it all fit very nicely in a great telling of a bomber crew's mission over Berlin. You are free to not consider it as a 10 best option, there are some true masterpieces that deserve the place before it, but 10 worst? Not even remotely close.
