		<description>I do not understand why HistoryNet insists on making Preston Brooks a &quot;senator&quot;.  see today (22MAY) in history.  This is the 3rd time that I see HistoryNet stating that this fool from S. Carolina was a senator when, in point of obvious fact, he was only a &quot;congressman&quot;.  a represantative of said state to the US Congress NOT the US SENATE!</description>
