I found it kind of strang that at Carrington's headquarters in Fort Phil Kearny, Indian warriors continued to disrupt the military's daily business outside of the fourts area. I believe that this was what led up to alot of the problems later on. I am very suprised by this, because if Fetterman would have obeyed his orders this entire massacre could have been avoided. However, there was so much information it was harder to read, and process. I believe that the entire ordeal was the whites fault, because they were the ones who took over the area from the indians.
