My great great Grandfather, Joseph Tyndall, was a member of Company D, 5th NY and was both wounded and captured at Second Bull Run during the efforts to save the Colors.  I became friendly with Brian over the years and I still mourn his untimely passing.  Thank you for keeping the memories of our forebears alive and well.</description>
