My grandfather served on the USS Pennsylvania in ww2. Because of some stories that I remember that my grandfather told me I do believe he severed at the at same time with The Johnny Carson. His name was Robert Maddux and he also played baseball in the navy leagues. I would like to know the team and his stats or where i can find them i have looked for them.
