I've looked through transscripts, eyewitness accounts and the inquest and I've found only 1 witness that was pro earp, nearly to the man everyone said Billy's hands were in the air and even Earps witness stated that Tom threw open his vest and stated loudly that boys i'm unarmed
the real question is why an unarmed man was shot down?
