My mom was a teen in the later 1950's and she told me stories of how people treated 'negros' in her town. She was criticized for dancing at the PAL with her friends (negros). There were seperate doors & places they had to sit.... I guess I want to know- do black people really not like white people- and why? I have no prejudices- blacks,jews,athiests, yellows, wasps,spics, chincs, mormans and even muslims.... I just don't care for it all. Is it just easier as a decription, but why the anger/hate/prejudices?? As an adult I have read & watched videos of MLKjr. He was pretty dang smart actually & maybe a little angry for the close minded views around him, but would he have diliked me for just being 'white'? Do black people really hate me just because of the past- that I had nothing to do with & actually don't like the 'slavery' mentality. I guess I think we should all be focused on evil people- abusers, molesters, bombers,pimps, terrorists, drug pushers, kidnappers....etc.I wish we caould all unit for that. That's what unites all good hearted , family loving, country loving people. All races/all countires- we have the same values in the end?
