I recently heard at Archive.org one of Chris Noel's AFRTS shows.

Why she didn't get hired at Top-40 legend KHJ to do a civilian top-40 record show, I'll never know!

P.S.: Based on recent photos on her website, Ms. Noel is still gorgeous.

Chris,

I just finished listening to one of the 55 minute records, as I saw them at a Goodwill and bought some (they only cost a buck). Very interesting and gratifying to finally read here what they were all about. I tried to dig up info on the Date with Chris records and couldn't find anything. How many records were made? These have got to be rare and it may very well be an actual record that was in Vietnam during the war... what a piece of history!

thanks,
Frank
