		<description>My father Tex Johnston did early testing of the XP 59.  It had a 5 hour TBO on the engines and during one flight when he attempted to reduce power nothing happened.  To reduce thrust he shut down one engine and completed the flight.  As a result of that flight the fuel control was developed.</description>
