		<description>Thank you, Mark V.  Interesting perspective on Frank J. North.  Although Frank was born in New York he moved with his father to Richland, County, Ohio where his younger brother, Luther was born.  My grandfather gave me a leather wallet said to have been made by Frank, who gifted the item to my grandfather (Tunis V. North 1893-1969) via Luther North.
