		<description>I am the researcher who wrote the trackbacked article above.  I came across a German translation of a report by Fellers in the NARA files of the German Admiral at the Supreme Command of the Italian Navy.  The report bears out what was written in the article - Fellers unwittingly provided exceptional quality of information to the Axis, and his reports were very glum reading.  You can read the re-translated into English report by Fellers at this link:

I believe it is the only full Fellers report that is available on the internet.
