		<description>Question about gun charging: My uncle was Joe foss&#039;s armament Sgt. when he flew on the canal; have read that due to unreliablitiy of the charging mechanism the wildcats cats went into the air with guns &quot;hot ie. one in the chamber. What was the method of gun charging on a wildcat? Electrical? Hydralic? Manual?  And was the problem solved? I remember my uncle saying he had to &quot;kick the guns&quot;.

		<description>Need the roller chain used to raise and lower the landing gear on F4F Wildcats. Production of this chain was discontinued some time after WW2.

The chain was designated as 148X1/4 0r 50X1/4.

Can use any amount.
