My Dad was a interned in the civilian camp in Davao and later joined my mother and us children in Baguio and then in Bilibid in 1944. I was born in Davao in 1936. Because of the blackout of news while we were interned, your history of the war in the Philippines so helped me to understand what it was that I lived through from 1941-1945!!!!
