Email Management

I’m sure I’m not alone when I say that my email system has become something akin to a wild Mustang.  I’m in desperate need of taming her, and I’ve run across this blog which seems to offer a lot of help.  Inbox Zero. Check it out if you want some ideas on how to get away from micro-managing your never ending stream of emails…

…which leads me to one of my next projects, which is implementing a more refined method to allow our readers to contact each magazine and our website without needing to put our email addresses on our contact us page.  This is done with forms of course, but needs to be done in a smart way to prevent spam bots or malicious folks from using the form in unappreciated ways.  We’ll be working on this soon.
