<description>My dad Anthony G. Petraitis served under the 45th under Lt. Gen. Mark Clark in Cannon Co. 179th Infantry from 12 Feb 1944 till 28 Dec 1945. He passed in 1966 and never spoke about his military service let alone his Bronze Star. Unfortunately all his records were burned in the 1973 fire in St. Louis where military records were kept and he only told me he was at Anzio but no more. I have numerous pictures of him and others during his tour. I requested his metals and DD214 from TACOM in Philadelphia, Pa. What a shock when I received all his awards.

My question to you or someone you may forward to is what can you tell be about the Bronze Star Attachment (Quadruple) &amp; Arrowhead medal that he received but never talked about??

And last where might I find the correct order to display his medals and ribbons with his burial flag in a shadow box?

Kindest regards,
Anthony E. Petraitis
