Amazing! There's a 6-page description of testing an Egyption F-16 which dies after takeoff . . . and it covers less than 90 seconds! I don't think I took a breath while reading it. It's great to read memoirs by some who actually did it, was on the cutting edge of new techniques, but Hampton also knows how to write in English. A great read! I have the book and just finished it.
